("Thaipropcrowd", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ("PDPA") and applicable Thai data protection regulations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and disclose personal data obtained through the website thaipropcrowd.com and related services.

2. Personal data we collect
We collect (i) data you provide voluntarily through forms, such as full name, email address, telephone number, age range and region of residence; (ii) technical data collected automatically when you visit the website, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, language preference and pages visited; (iii) cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to (a) respond to your consultation request and contact you regarding the residential property participation programme; (b) verify your eligibility for the programme; (c) operate, secure and improve the website; (d) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Thailand. The legal bases include your consent, our legitimate interest in promoting our services, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Data retention
Personal data submitted through the consultation form is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction. Data required to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting records) is retained for the periods required by Thai law, typically ten (10) years.
5. Disclosure of data
Personal data may be disclosed to (i) our employees and consultants strictly on a need-to-know basis; (ii) service providers acting on our behalf under written data processing agreements (hosting, email delivery, analytics); (iii) competent authorities when required by law.
